When Specialty Services acquired MTS, Hector directed the regional office with more than forty personnel as Area Manager of the Western Region, where he continued until American Tower Construction Services (ATC) acquisition of Specialty Services. Before forming Herca Telecomm, Hector maintained an active position in senior management for two of the largest communications construction companies in the United States for

over six years.

Alfonso has completed training in Comscope, Andrew, Cable Wave, Cell Wave and 30 hour OSHA.

has over seventeen years experience in the wireless construction Industry. Prior to forming Herca Telecomm, Raul worked for FST Consulting, Inc. and American Tower as the Production Manager/Superintendent. Raul has completed training in Comscope, Andrew, Cable Wave, Cell Wave, and 30 hour OSHA.

Raul is a certified Tower Rescue and Fall Protection Instructor.
